Pauley is an approximately 4 year old, 56 pound American bulldog mix who is a volunteer favorite due to his charming personality. He loves people!

Pauley is sweet and affectionate. He loves chew toys and playing tug of war with a rope. The best part of his day is romping in the play yard with one of his girlfriends. He is good with most female dogs (doesn't care for other male dogs), neutered, fully vaccinated, HW-, and most of all...ready to go home!

Joe is a neutered, vaccinated 39 pound, approximately 2 year old lovable, affectionate, Treeing Walker Coonhound/Mountain Cur/Rat Terrier mix!

He loves to play, sniff, hike, and just have fun! Joe loves puppies and is teaching our puppies how to play. It's the best! Afternoon Enrichment is his favorite, where he gets to jump in the pool, solve puzzle games, and cuddle with our volunteers.

Miss BeeBee is a firecracker! This approximately 2 year old spayed and vaccinated girl is pure love. Fully grown at 51 pounds, she is a great medium size.

She is fun and funny in the play yard with other dogs, and she absolutely loves her walk and cuddle time with our volunteers. After spending time in a foster home post-surgery to repair a torn ACL, she is house-trained, crate-trained, and has recently graduated from basic obedience training.

No cats for Miss BeeBee, though - she finds them a little too interesting!

Beebs is truly a little doll, right-sized to be your sidekick and so ready for her forever home.

Valkyrie is a happy ~7 year old, tail wagging wonder who’s been through a lot but is ready to find her forever home. 

Brought to the shelter all skin and bones with no hair, her incredible foster family has nursed her back to health.  She now weighs a healthy 49 pounds and her beautiful fur is blossoming.

Oh my goodness, look at that face! This gorgeous brindle girl is approximately 2.5 years old and weighs 45 pounds. She is vaccinated and spayed.

Whether it's going for a walk with a volunteer, romping in the play yards, or enjoying a cozy cuddle session, sweet Aria is up for anything. She is a pro at chasing a ball, and will sit and wait for the next throw. She’s smart and seems to have had some training.

Toby loves people and soaks up affection and cuddles from our volunteers. He walks well on a leash and with his athletic build, he would make a great hiking partner - as long as he gets sniff breaks! No cats for Toby, though. He just finds them a bit too interesting.

This girl is an approximately 3.5 year old, 52 pound ball of energy. She has the athleticism to be a great hiking companion and would thrive in a household with a fenced yard for her to zoom around in. She loves people and playing with our volunteers.

Approximately 1 year old, and now weighing 45 pounds, Artemis arrived at the shelter in very rough shape. His health issues were accompanied by an extreme fear of humans. Staff and volunteers sat with him, giving him space with a calm and reassuring presence. He is still a little timid with people, but he's a sweet and gentle soul who just needs to be treated with patience.
